Cyber Pizza Truck began with a simple question: how do we take almost thirty years of Jersey Thinn Crust pizza expertise and share it beyond the walls of our restaurant? The answer arrived in the form of the Tesla Cybertruck. By fitting these futuristic vehicles with commercial-grade pizza ovens, we created the first all-electric pizza food trucks capable of cooking a pie in just two minutes. No propane. No gas. Just pure electric power straight from the truck.

The concept was born at The Columbia Inn in Montville, NJ, where Fabio Antonio Arbelaez has been running front and back of the house for 28 years, delighting generations of guests with our signature Jersey Thinn Crust pizza. The double “n” in “thinn” Pays tribute to this legendary spot where the idea sparked. A true Tesla fan and Tesla owner since 2012, Fabio brought his passion for innovation and pizza to the road, redefining mobile catering with the same timeless flavor and unmatched speed and style.

Media outlets from the New York Post to Business Insider have highlighted our innovation, and our fleet has expanded to three Cyber Pizza Trucks, plus a trailer, a full-size food truck, and a mini pizza truck.

Today, our Cyber Pizza Truck fleet serves weddings, corporate events, birthdays, and festivals across New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. In January of 2026, we’ll roll into South Florida serving Palm Beach to Miami, continuing our mission to deliver Jersey Thinn Crust pizza anytime, anywhere.
